What Intuiflow enables
You can’t predict the future. You can respond to it faster, with more clarity and confidence, by pacing operations to real consumption.
Faster, clearer decisions
Real-time insight and simpler priorities cut the noise and the constant firefighting.
Shorter lead times
Flow-based planning steadies production and replenishment cycles.
Less inventory, better service
Stock is protected at the points that matter, so you carry less and fulfil more.
Six modules, one platform
01
Materials Planning
Replaces static MRP runs with live, demand driven signals: daily recommendations, adaptive buffers and full inventory visibility, so buyers know what to order, when and why.
Legacy MRP
- Relies on stale forecasts, so planners react late
- Fixed priorities drive constant firefighting
- Surplus in some locations, shortages in others
Intuiflow
- Replenishes from actual consumption, not projections
- Adaptive buffers surface true priorities immediately
- Positions inventory where it best supports flow

Inventory positioning
Place stock where it protects flow, with buffers that spot consumption changes early.
Lead time management
Plan on real lead times, not assumptions, to cut excess and avoid the bullwhip effect.
Order management
Daily order recommendations based on real consumption and limits like dock and shipping capacity.
Distribution planning
The right stock at every warehouse, DC or store, driven by live consumption instead of reactive transfers.
Lifecycle management
Lean stock through every product phase, with linked SKUs and automatic start and end dates.
02
Demand Planning
Forecasts still guide long-term strategy, but replenishment should respond to real demand signals. Intuiflow makes forecasting fast, collaborative and measurable.
Legacy demand planning
- Teams work in silos and alignment takes weeks
- Forecast accuracy can’t be measured or challenged
- Plans rest on assumptions, not signals
Intuiflow
- Teams align around shared, live demand inputs
- Accuracy, error and financial impact tracked per SKU
- What-if scenarios stress-test plans in real time

Forecasts
Build forecasts from live demand signals, compare scenarios and see where plans may fail.
Collaboration
One shared, real-time workspace instead of disconnected spreadsheets.
Forecast validation
Bias, error and accuracy per SKU, with the financial impact.
Planning
Turn early demand signals into procurement and production decisions.
03
Scheduling & Execution
Sequences shop floor work around real capacity, demand and constraints, so priorities stop shifting with every replan and deliveries become reliable.
Legacy scheduling
- Schedules break once real constraints appear
- Planners spend hours reshuffling after every change
- Execution follows outdated plans or tribal knowledge
Intuiflow
- Production matched to real capacity for reliable due dates
- Control points absorb disruption and stabilise flow
- Live, visible priorities on the shop floor

Finite capacity scheduling
Schedules built around labour, machines, shifts and bottlenecks.
Resource modelling
Test shift changes, extra demand or shortages before committing.
Shop floor execution
Live work order progress and simple visual boards for operators.
Promise dates
Delivery promises based on real capacity and material availability.
04
Demand Driven S&OP
Links strategy to operational reality, replacing slow, forecast-first cycles with live signals, simulations and fast cross-functional decisions.
Legacy S&OP
- Assumes ideal supply and ignores constraints
- Disconnected data, many versions of the truth
- Meetings debate forecast accuracy instead of action
Intuiflow DDS&OP
- Plans tested against current constraints
- One live, shared view of demand and capacity
- Decisions built on real signals and trade-offs

Scenario planning
Compare scenarios and their operational impact, not just forecast accuracy.
Supply planning
Flags material, supplier and constraint risks early and adjusts replenishment.
Inventory planning
Finds vulnerable inventory and reduces both excess and shortages.
Capacity planning
Checks plans against real limits across plants, shifts and suppliers.
Campaign management
Simulate launches, promotions and shutdowns before they happen.
05
BI & Analytics
A built-in intelligence layer powered by Microsoft Power BI, embedded in daily workflows, so planners see performance, patterns and exceptions without waiting on IT.
Traditional BI
- Dashboards show data, not causes
- Insight arrives after the chance to act
- Custom reports depend on IT
Intuiflow BI
- Insight sits inside the planning workflow
- Root causes and gaps surface automatically
- Pre-built and connected, no extra tools

Operational views
Filter by family, flow, site or user and drill into exceptions.
Planning model insights
Compare actual behaviour with planning targets to refine rules.
Performance trends
See where service slips, stock swings or demand distortion starts.
Shortage and excess diagnosis
Trace problems to root causes before they escalate.
S&OP scenario modelling
Layer forecast scenarios onto cost, inventory and capacity.
Factory flow visibility
Throughput, constraints and bottlenecks in real time, including process mining and Gantt views.
06
Auto Pilot
Continuously sizes and adjusts buffers to match real demand variability, removing manual review cycles and stale parameters.
Manual tuning
- Static safety stock drifts from real demand
- Global rules misalign stock across regions and channels
- Planners hesitate without knowing the impact
Auto Pilot
- Buffers adjust daily from actual consumption
- Policies adapt by SKU, customer type and location
- Simulations show the impact before changes go live
Data exceptions
Only the anomalies worth attention, like demand spikes or growing shortages.
Location settings
Buffer policies tailored to each market, customer profile or distribution pattern.
Simulations
Test buffer changes across SKUs and locations and see the projected effect first.
Algo in Southern Africa
“What we got was real time understanding, analytics, anomaly detection and for the first time a predictive perspective.”
Steven Wicks, Planning Manager, Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (Namibia), on working with Algo
A global platform, implemented locally.
Intuiflow is built by Algo, which acquired Demand Driven Technologies in January 2026. Kiira partners with Algo to sell, implement and support Intuiflow in South Africa, so you get a global product roadmap and a team in your time zone that knows your ERP.
Works with your ERP
Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, JD Edwards, Infor, Epicor, Sage and QAD. Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is our home ground, so we own that integration end to end.
Secure by design
Single-tenant cloud, encrypted end to end and SOC 2 Type II certified since 2020. Nothing to install or host on site.
Simulated before go-live
We run Intuiflow on your own history to set buffers before you switch on, so the first live week starts from a tested model.
Recognised by the DDI
Intuiflow is on the Demand Driven Institute’s list of DDMRP compliant software, built to the DDI’s specification for the method.
Before you choose Intuiflow
The questions IT, finance and operations usually ask us first.
Do we have to replace our ERP?
No. Intuiflow connects to the ERP you already run, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, JD Edwards, Infor, Epicor, Sage and QAD. Your ERP stays the system of record and Intuiflow does the planning on top of it.
Is Intuiflow DDMRP compliant?
Yes. Intuiflow is on the Demand Driven Institute’s list of DDMRP compliant software, which means the application meets the DDI’s specification for the method.
Where is our data hosted, and how is it secured?
Intuiflow is a cloud service on a single-tenant architecture, so your data is isolated from other customers. It is encrypted end to end, and Algo has held SOC 2 Type II certification since 2020.
How soon will we see results?
Algo’s guidance is months, not years. Before go-live we run a simulation on your own demand history, so you can see the expected buffer levels and inventory before you switch on.
Who supports us after go-live?
We do, locally and in your time zone, with Algo’s product support, knowledge base and training behind us.
